@ski-mojo Ihr bewerbt den Skimojo auch für Snowboarder. Aber ich denke, dass euer System nicht mit Softboots funktioniert. Oder etwa doch. PS. Richtig coole Erfindung
WTF is wrong with Euro skiers? You ski skinny "pistes" and leave all that beautiful powder untouched. Hell, they even groom a berm on the sides of the pistes to make it hard to go off-piste. Americans are left drooling at all the pow. But hey, thanks for that, as we ski the hell out of all that pow when we visit.

Luc Alphand n'a jamais été payé pour ce témoignage. C'est Luc qui a spontanément souhaité témoigner et ce sans contre-partie. A l'époque, je n'aurais même pas été capable de payer plus d'un café à Luc Alphand. Je pense même que c'est lui qui m'a offert le café ce matin là à Serre Chevalier.

Hallo Guido! Hast Du jetzt noch intakte Kreuzbänder? Ich hatte links einen Kreuzbandriss und keinen Ersatz, weil die Stabilität halbwegs ist und die Muskeln gut. Aber Ski fahre ich seither mit einer Orthese für die nötige Stabilität. Würde die Mojo dafür auch reichen und das Knie ausreichend zu schützen? Danke und Gruß Robert

Why the knee braces?
As you see something that looks like a knee brace on the legs, you think those are knee braces. You probably saw that both skiers are wearing this « thing » on both legs. Well it is because those are not knee braces. It is a light non motorized exoskeleton. Both legs of this exoskeleton are connected to the ski boots and both legs of the exoskeleton are also linked together by a harness. Inside the exoskeleton legs, there are strong springs. Those springs have 2 goals. The first goal is to assist the skiers in his knee flexion and knee extension movement. Imagine you would instantly loose 1/3rd of your body weight. It would make your skiing physically easier, you would spare energy and you could ski longer without the need to stop to give your muscles a rest. This is what we could call an upward force. As a result, if you loose weight, the pressure to the knees is also decreased. Which is actually positive if you want to save your cartilage and knee joint. And if you experience knee pain when skiing or swollen knees in the evening, getting them less pressure will result in less pain (up to no pain at all) and less water in your knees in the evening. Let’s now talk about the 2nd goal of the system. If you are compressing a spring this spring will multiply the forces applied. It means that it is providing a downward force. In this system, as the downward force is applied to the ski boots and transferred from the ski boots to the skis and to the snow, the edge grip is also better. At the end, better edge grip means better control and better control means more safety. If you want to sum up, this system is enhancing your skiing experience through better control and safety, and it is allowing you to ski much longer. Those 2 ski instructors would not be able to do the same run with the same intensity without the device. This device is already used by over 23.000 skiers. If you come to France, you will see it at least a few time per day on the legs of all kinds of skiers. But you would only see maximum of 40% of the users because 60% are just hiding it under the ski pants. It is now sold in over 450 ski shops in Europe and most people are trying it before buying. Ski schools are starting promoting it and starting to use it as a teaching device. It would take another text to explain why this device is also helping skiers to get into a better position.

What are those black things on their legs? Some kind of leg protectors ? Anyone know what they are called ?
Those black things are what allows them to ski that way without beeing completely exhausted after 3 minutes. It is an exoskeleton. It helps all skiers to ski at their best levels for a longer time.
Oh sorry @@SkiMojoFrance I didn't notice that the channel is the name of a company. I thought it's just a channel about skiing.

Thanks for making this. Have skied there a few times and it’s so beautiful, probably my favourite place. I did that exact route but certainly didn’t look as good as these two - so effortless when you’re that good.
One of the guys I used to ski with had these... I thought a) the name ski-mojo was his made up name for the medical device and b) they were only for injured or elderly (he was both!). Didn't realise people use them to cheat! :) all kidding aside apart from reducing tiredness are they suppossed to improve technique or is that not the purpose?
